Sad to hear that your account is limited. To get your account reinstated to normal status, you will have to provide Paypal with the information they have asked you.
I cannot help you in this regard. You should try and get in touch with Paypal Customer Service and ask them about what you need to provide them with in order to get your account back to normal status. There are various types of limitations in Paypal so it depends on the severity of the case. Some are irrevocable while some some are easy.

Any Way to file a dispute after 45 days ???

    I want to file a dispute against onbux 80$ upgrade + 25+25 $ RR =130 $ 🙁

The official rule is 45 days. However, you can give it a try but I think the dispute will automatically closed if 45 days have already passed since the transaction.

I suggest you first contact their Customer Support before filing a dispute and try to explain them everything clearly and also not forget to mention that Onbux's Paypal account is "limited".
If the Customer Service's response is positive, then you can go ahead and file the dispute.

Like I said, hte official rule is 45 days. So even if you go ahead and file the dispute, your dispute might be automatically closed.

Its better you ask people on EMS or on PTCI for help and see whether people actually won disputes agaisnt Onbux even after 45 days or not since I don't have much experience when it comes to disputes. I have filed only one dispute on Paypal till now and that was against Cashium and I won that.

Don't dwell too much on Alertpay coz I have a gut feeling that they next on RBI's list. Don't be surprised to find similar rules on Alertpay for Indian users in the near future.

Yes, many people have verified their PP accounts using VCC.
But, I wouldn't recommend it since if Paypal found out about it, you could have problems.

For me Paypal is undoubtedly the best platform to receive money from PTC pages and even to make payments very comfortably. Thanks to Paypal is involved with the returns of money if we do not receive a product or article correctly is made even better platform for those who decide to use pages of the type Revshare and especially with those that are possibly scam will make us recover what added, True, I also have a post (in Spanish) with some more data… A greeting 😉
